About the Role
We’re looking for social data-savvy candidates who can proactively identify communication opportunities, test hypotheses, and translate complex data into simple and compelling narratives. You’ll collaborate closely with planning, content, and creative teams to optimize platforms, strategies, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze digital and social media conversations to extract key insights.

Interpret performance metrics across owned platforms.

Monitor social crises and suggest proactive solutions.

Deliver performance reports with strategic recommendations.

Lead always-on monitoring and weekly/monthly reports focused on content effectiveness.

Partner in brainstorming sessions to improve messaging and platform strategies.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in content/digital data analysis.

Strategic thinking with a focus on optimization and results.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Upper Intermediate English: you feel confident writing and speaking in English.

Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics
