About Us:
Kikoo Club is a fast-growing digital-first kids content brand creating joyful, educational experiences through music, stories, and playful animation. We’re now looking for a performance-driven YouTube Manager to lead channel growth and strategy.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for end-to-end YouTube channel management, including:

• Planning and executing content publishing strategies
• Optimizing videos for SEO, thumbnails, titles, and metadata
• Coordinating with creative and post-production teams to manage content pipeline
• Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (CTR, AVD, retention, RPM)
• Driving audience engagement through community posts and comment management
• Staying updated with YouTube trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Experimenting with new formats like Shorts, compilations, or live content
• Identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–6 years of experience managing YouTube channels with clear growth outcomes
• Expertise in YouTube SEO, analytics, and performance optimization tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ)
• Strong creative instincts backed by data-driven decision-making
• Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive
• Bonus: Experience in kids content or entertainment media
