The Scalable Company is seeking a YouTube Long-Form Editor to build and own the end-to-end edit pipeline for two channels. You will create templates, asset systems, and a scalable workflow while delivering 3–4 long-form videos per month per channel, roughly 30 minutes of finished content each.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Content Strategist and CEOs to shape channel voices, implement efficient revision loops, and ensure on-time publishing with strong retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years editing long-form YouTube content (15+ minutes) with a portfolio of published edits.
• Build systems from scratch; create templates and pipelines.
• Strong motion graphics and animation; polished B-roll and typography.
• Expert-level Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; multicam and color control.
• Strong audio engineering; clean dialogue with good compression.
• Demonstrated storytelling in pacing and structure.
• Frame.io proficiency; clean revision loops and version history.
• Self-managing on deadlines; back-time workflow planning.
• AI tools fluency to move faster on edits.
• Workstation capable of editing 4K ProRes without issues.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end long-form edit pipeline across two channels.
• Design and document an in-house edit workflow within 3 months.
• Develop distinct edit signatures for each channel and audience.
• Manage project files and versions in Frame.io and Premiere.
• Deliver drafts ready for evaluation; implement feedback quickly.
• Iterate on revision feedback with a target of ≤2 rounds per video.
• Monitor YouTube retention and adjust edits accordingly.
• Collaborate with Senior Content Strategist and executives on direction.
