Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Podcast Video Editor for a SaaS-based project based in Belgium. You will transform multi-camera recordings into 60–90 minute YouTube-first episodes, edit dialogue, balance audio, and craft social media cutdowns.

This remote, project-based engagement offers flexible hours, feedback-driven workflow, and potential for ongoing collaboration as the podcast grows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience editing long-form podcast content in a premium YouTube style; provide samples.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with multi-camera synchronization is a plus (Autopod).
• Dialogue cleanup, audio balancing and basic audio post-production knowledge.
• Identify compelling moments for social media and adapt for short-form content.

Responsibilities

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into full-length podcast episodes (60–90 minutes).
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts and natural transitions while preserving conversation flow.
• Balance and clean dialogue audio for a clear listening experience.
• Remove dead air while maintaining rhythm and substance of discussions.
• Identify 4–6 strong moments for social media clips; create rough timelines for vertical cutdowns.
