Job summary

Studio City is seeking an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, publishing, and optimization of multiple client channels. The role requires deep knowledge of YouTube Studio, strong instincts for titles and metadata, and the ability to manage a high volume of content.

You will work with the YouTube Strategy team to execute channel strategies, monitor analytics, and implement A/B testing for thumbnails and metadata to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital media or direct YouTube management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling high-volume content and tight publishing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Write SEO-conscious titles, descriptions, and chapters for new uploads.
• Publish and schedule long-form videos, Shorts, and playlists across channels.
• Moderate community comments and manage Community tab interactions.
• Track deliveries, approvals, and publishing schedules with internal teams.
• Coordinate thumbnail design, A/B tests, and metadata optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve metadata, thumbnails, and playlists.
• Pull and organize analytics to support optimization initiatives.
• Manage high-volume workflows with efficient processes.
