Hammer Media in East Austin is seeking a highly organized Channel Producer to own day-to-day production operations for the Caleb Hammer Show. You’ll streamline workflows, coordinate schedules, and work with talent and the creative team to turn ideas into compelling content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in YouTube channel management or digital content production.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to give constructive feedback on content ideas and creative direction.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, curate, and prioritize clips for channel uploads to drive views.
• Oversee video packaging, including titles and thumbnails for performance.
• Monitor channel performance and audience engagement to find growth opportunities.
• Own day-to-day channel workflow from ideation through production and publishing.
• Coordinate production schedules, content calendars, and deliverables.
• Manage channel moderation and community engagement for a positive experience.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners and vendors.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve processes to free up talent.
• Collaborate with talent and creative teams to translate ideas into execution.
• Experiment with topics and formats to drive audience growth.
