Job summary

WorkOne Southern Indiana is seeking a YouthBuild Program Manager to provide leadership for the YouthBuild grant in Southern Indiana. You will design programs, manage compliance, and coordinate activities to meet required performance indicators.

The role includes overseeing partnerships, budgeting, and reporting through planning, active programming, and follow-up. A Bachelor's degree is required; strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and general IT systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and direction for the YouthBuild grant.
• Develop and implement grant program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate outreach, recruitment, and participant scheduling with partner organizations.
• Monitor budget, expenditure, timelines, and grant compliance.
• Submit quarterly and final narrative and data reports to SIW Board and USDOL.
