Job summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance in Seattle is seeking a Youth Pastor to lead AHCC's middle and high school ministry with a clear discipleship vision. This full-time role focuses on teaching, relational presence, and organizational oversight to keep students and families connected to the life and mission of AHCC.

Responsibilities include overseeing weekly programming, implementing a bold ministry vision, teaching students to know and follow Jesus, and managing volunteers and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in youth or family ministry leadership, paid or volunteer.
• Demonstrates the spiritual calling, giftedness and maturity required of ministry leadership.
• Ability to teach and disciple students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly middle and high school programming focused on discipleship.
• Articulate and implement AHCC's student ministry vision with follow-through.
• Teach regularly to help students know, love and follow Jesus.
• Maintain visible leadership presence at Sunday gatherings and participate in AHCC life.
• Develop student care and mentorship plans with parents.
• Recruit, train and support volunteers for student ministry roles.
• Manage youth ministry budget and collaborate with staff on church direction.
