Job summary

Pacific Edge Sports Academy Inc. in Fairfield, CA is seeking a part-time Wrestling Coach to mentor young athletes through strength and mental resilience.

Coaching will focus on agility, stamina, and competitive readiness, with a schedule Tue–Fri 4:15pm–8:15pm and weekend commitments during wrestling season. Qualified candidates should have wrestling knowledge, at least 2 years coaching experience with children aged 2+, and 4 years of athletic background (high school/college preferred).

Qualifications

• Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports.
• Energetic coaching style and approachable personality.
• Dedicated, committed, hardworking and willing to expand program knowledge.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula.
• Complete attendance verification, safety checks, and progress reports.
