Job summary

Pacific Edge Sports Academy in Fairfield, CA, is seeking a wrestling coach to support our youth program. This role requires coaching children from age 2 and up, with regular weekday evenings and weekend availability during wrestling season (October–April).

Responsibilities include following curricula, completing attendance and safety checks, and maintaining student progress. We value a patient, energetic, and team-oriented coaching approach and offer a supportive, community‑minded workplace.

Qualifications

• Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports.
• Has an energetic & enthusiastic coaching style and approachable personality.
• Dedicated, committed, hardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula.
• Complete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your students.
• Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co‑workers.
• Understand the importance of your Student Retention rate.
• Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students.
• Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s).
