Position Overview:

The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) is seeking a Youth Wrestling Coach responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves working with youth members aged 6-12 of various skill levels. The position requires availability for 1 or 2 weekday evenings. As a Coach, you and your immediate family will receive full gym membership, including unlimited access to all group classes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution on Key Metrics

• Sell and conduct private & small group training sessions with youth members.
• Assist youth members and encourage their involvement in private training.

Member Experience

• Act as a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Implement the T.R.A.I.N approach (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble).
• Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
• Maintain organization and presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Multiple years of experience instructing and working with youth and youth programs.
• Ability to guide and educate youth and parents about programs and expectations.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Extroverted, self-motivated, and dedicated to customer service.
