The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) Youth Wrestling Coach is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience. Youth membership is for ages 6-12 with various skill levels. This position requires availability during 1 or 2 weekday evenings. As a Coach, you and your immediate family receive full gym membership, including unlimited access to all group classes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Execution on Key Metrics

• Sell and conduct private & small group training sessions with youth members.
• Assist youth members and encourage their involvement in private training.

Member Experience

• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Multiple years of experience instructing and working with youth and youth programs.
• Ability to guide and educate youth and parents on programs and expectations.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to generate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service focus; responds professionally to requests from guests, members, and staff.
• Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
