Position Overview:

The UFC Gym in Lancaster, PA (inside the Park City Center Mall) is seeking a Youth Wrestling Coach responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience for youth members aged 6-12 years with various skill levels. This role requires availability for 1 or 2 weekday evenings. As a Coach, you and your immediate family will receive a full gym membership, including unlimited access to all group classes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Member Engagement

• Sell and conduct private & small group training sessions with youth members.
• Assist youth members and encourage their involvement in private training sessions.

Member Experience

• Serve as a brand ambassador for UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Implement the T.R.A.I.N approach (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble).
• Conduct safe and effective private training sessions.
• Maintain an organized and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Multiple years of experience instructing and working with youth and youth programs.
• Ability to guide and educate youth and parents regarding programs and expectations.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and safety procedures, including emergency protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills, responding professionally to guest, member, and staff inquiries.
• Extroverted, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
