Justice Resource Institute (JRI) is seeking an Intensive Care Coordinator to support youth under 21 with serious emotional or behavioral health needs. You will lead Care Planning Teams, coordinate services, and liaison with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive wraparound care.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, family advocacy, and collaboration with state systems. A Bachelor's in Social Work or related field is required; bilingual Spanish is preferred; driving is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Open to flexible work schedule including evenings and some weekends.
• Experience navigating child and family-serving systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Planning Teams coordinating services for MassHealth-enrolled youth under 21 with serious emotional/behavioral needs.
• Serve as liaison between individuals, partner agencies, and supportive programs.
• Identify and help families access services and monitor effectiveness.
• Provide trauma-informed wraparound services and help families develop advocacy skills.
