Job summary

Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG) is seeking a Full-time Youth Services Specialist to support young adults through mentorship, skill development, and barrier removal. You will assess needs, deliver instruction, and document progress to meet Pre-Employment Transition Services goals.

Travel within the service area, work hours 8:00–4:30 or 8:00–3:30, and use MS Office tools to track outcomes; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Availability for 8:00–4:30 or 8:00–3:30 schedule.
• Local daytime travel within service area.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Experience in teaching, counseling, or youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess youth needs and provide mentorship aligned with Pre-ETS.
• Develop and deliver competency-based curriculum to enrolled young adults.
• Coordinate services at designated locations and partner sites.
• Track progress and report outcomes to OOD forms.
• Build relationships with schools and community organizations.
