Jobs for Ohio's Graduates (JOG) seeks a dedicated program coordinator to assess participant needs, provide mentorship, and track progress toward individual and organizational goals. You will recruit and enroll new participants, prepare them for workforce entry, and collaborate with partners to place participants in jobs.

The role includes facilitating training bootcamps, engaging with employers, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in talent development, workforce development, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and strong networking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish relationships with participants to build trust and accountability.
• Develop a roster of program participants and recruit referrals.
• Screen and assess participants using interviews and assessments.
• Maintain weekly contact with active participants and monthly follow-ups.
• Coordinate work experiences and secure employer placements.
• Enter data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of client files and operations.
• Deliver dynamic training sessions using diverse instructional methods.
• Maintain attendance, progress, and outcome records.
