YMCA of the USA is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the Personal Training program and Wellness Floor at the Foster Family YMCA, while providing association-wide support for Personal Training initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of nonprofit programming experience, and relevant certifications (CPR/First Aid/AED, Personal Training).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Two to three years related programming experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
• Certification Personal Training.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Ability to establish collaborations with community organizations.

Aufgaben

• Develops, organizes and implements high-quality YMCA programs for youth, healthy living and social responsibility.
• Responsible for the Personal Training program and the Wellness Floor at Foster Family Y; supports association-wide Personal Training.
• Supervises part-time staff: hiring, training, scheduling, timesheet reviews, and performance appraisals.
• Ensures staff certifications are up to date; coordinates safety and compliance training (CPR/First Aid/AED).
• Communicates effectively with children and adults; builds partnerships with community organizations.
