Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience working with youth.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Build school and community partnerships to implement prevention programs.
• Support vaping and substance-use prevention initiatives in Sullivan County.
• Participate in coalitions and school-based wellness committees.
• Train and coordinate Sullivan 180 Community Health Champions (adults and teens).
• Attend county meetings such as the Drug Task Force on prevention topics.
• Make presentations to student groups, parents, and community organizations.
• Contribute to grant reporting, media, and coalition planning.
• Provide outreach and education to educators, parents, counselors, and organizations.
