Job summary

UC Davis Health's Trauma Recovery Center (TRC) is seeking a Case Manager to assess community resources, help develop patient-centered care plans, and coordinate social and mental health services for TRC patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, trauma-informed approaches, and program development within the CAARE Center, supporting victims of crime ages 0–26 and their families on-site in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Experience working on a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health therapists.
• Experience working with youth and young adults affected by violence or involved with the Justice System.
• Knowledge of intervention techniques and trauma‑informed practices.
