Job summary

The South Hills Interfaith Movement is seeking a part-time Program Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for 6th-12th grade students. This on-site role runs weekday afternoons and supports the Youth Mentoring program with patience and clear communication.

You will follow daily routes, maintain vehicle safety, coordinate with the Youth Mentoring Manager, and participate in staff meetings. Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with youth development or transportation preferred.
• Ability to work with a multicultural community.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from the program using agency vehicles.
• Coordinate daily driving routes with Youth Mentoring Manager.
• Demonstrate positive interactions and behavior management with all children.
• Build strong trusted relationships with students.
• Work cooperatively with staff, volunteers, and students.
• Follow safe driving instructions and practices at all times.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development trainings, when needed.
• Perform other responsibilities as requested by the Program Coordinator.
