Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must provide own transportation for travel.
• Meets auto insurance requirements as Boy Town policy.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting youth to and from family visits.
• Supervising visits to ensure safe interactions.
• Guiding parents with constructive engagement.
• Documenting visits and reporting concerns.
• Building trust with families for positive outcomes.

Skills
