Job summary

Boys Town is seeking a Youth Transport & Visitation Specialist in Estherville, IA. The role involves safely transporting youths to and from family visits, supervising visits for safety, and guiding parents on constructive engagement while documenting visits.

Full-time position with evening/weekend shifts. Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year experience in youth care, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Mileage is reimbursed and insurance requirements must be met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in youth care or human services.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Registration check.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Ability to provide own transportation (mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job.
• Meet auto insurance requirements established by Boys Town policy and/or State and Local laws.

Responsibilities
