Job summary

The Highland County Board of DD is hiring a full-time Service Support Administrator to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role primarily focuses on children and youth transitioning to adulthood, with potential involvement with adults.

• Requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families/guardians in exploring and accessing services from various funding sources.
• Develop ISPs through a team process reflecting each person’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate with schools and community organizations to meet needs of those served.
• Advocate for inclusive opportunities and empower youth in communities.
• Assist individuals in choosing service providers and ensure services are effective.
• Monitor services and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Stay informed about changes and participate in ongoing training.
