Job description

Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Great for part-time or additional income working with youth and families with a community-based organization providing individual/family therapy.

A social justice agency providing community support by working with youth, their families, group homes, and partnered providers.

We have Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals, Behavioral Health Technicians, and Therapists openings for those who can provide community-based/in-home supports. We are an organization of hopeful, enthusiastic community members with diverse life experiences and perspectives, united in our commitment to strengthening families. We partner with people who are struggling with challenges like poverty, mental illness, legal issues, trauma, and addiction. We offer encouragement, coaching, and modeling to learn new skills and make connections to positive people, places, and activities.

Our staff are familiar with their neighborhood’s history, strengths, and needs. Ongoing training and supervision is provided with the position.

Bachelor's Pay Rate: $20/hour

Master's Pay Rate: $25/hour

Hourly, Part Time

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university and college with a major in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services/behavioral health/youth work. Valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Must be motivated to work with youth ages 5-18, experience with human services/behavioral health and youth work. Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance.
