Job summary

Thrive Counseling Center in Oak Park, IL is seeking a Youth Therapist (Counseling or Social Work) to join our multidisciplinary team. You will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse youth population, using a person-centered model that respects dignity and promotes resilience and recovery.

We prioritize DEI and accessibility, offer free CEUs, supervision, and opportunities to develop new therapy groups.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work required.
• Licensed to practice in IL or eligible for licensure.
• Ability to work with a multi-cultural and diverse client base.
• Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 preferred.

Schedule:

• Clinical Hours: Expected to bill for 23 hours per week
• Flexibility: Must work 5 days per week, including at least two evening days; Saturdays required.
