Job summary

Thrive Counseling Center seeks a Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services to lead youth- and family-focused clinical programs, supervise therapists and case managers, and develop innovative group services in a community mental health setting in Oak Park, IL.

You will balance program oversight with direct therapy (8–10 sessions per week) while using outcomes data to improve care and outcomes for diverse families served. Strong leadership and trauma-informed practice essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related mental health field is required
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC) is required
• 2–3 years supervisory/management experience required
• Ability to work with diverse clients
• Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred

The Role:

The Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for youth-focused clinical services. This role supports therapists and case managers, ensures high-quality care for youth and families, and contributes to program development and growth.

This position includes supervisory responsibilities and a small caseload (8–10 client sessions per week).
