Job summary

The Thrive Network is seeking compassionate therapists to join our diverse, supportive team in a hybrid role blending in-office and telehealth work. Evening and weekend hours help families access care.

You will provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care. Ongoing supervision and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC).
• 2+ years of experience counseling children.
• 3+ years of experience in mental health services.
• Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Establish a CAQH profile
• Complete the 21st Century Cures Act application

Responsibilities

• Provide hybrid in-office and telehealth support for children, adolescents, and families.
• Identify and address needs of abused and neglected children and adults.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to foster self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy.
• Collaborate with educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care.

• Attend monthly team meetings to share insights and learn new techniques.

We are looking for therapists who are available:

• Monday thru Friday evening hours 2:00pm - 8:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm

What You’ll Do

• This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients both in-office and telehealth (when available). No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference!
• Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges.
