Job summary

Thrive Counseling Center is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services to lead and expand youth-focused clinical programs while supervising therapists and case managers. The role includes developing innovative group services and leveraging outcomes data to improve quality and impact.

Responsibilities include direct therapy (8–10 sessions per week), building community partnerships, and guiding program development in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related mental health field.
• Clinical licensure required (LCSW, LCPC).
• 2-3 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Ability to work with diverse clients.
• Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 and Rule 140 preferred.

The Role: The Clinical Program Manager for Youth Services provides leadership, supervision, and program oversight for youth-focused clinical services. This role supports therapists and case managers, ensures high-quality care for youth and families, and contributes to program development and growth.

This position includes supervisory responsibilities and a small caseload (8–10 client sessions per week).

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, one evening required from 10 AM-6 PM
