The Brien Center for Mental Health in Pittsfield is seeking Full-Time Direct Care Specialists to support youth through the South Forty Program. The role emphasizes coaching, guidance, and reinforcement of social, emotional, and communication skills for ages 3 to 21.

Qualified candidates will have either a Bachelor's degree in a human services field with at least one year of relevant experience, or an Associate's/High School equivalent with at least two years of experience working with children

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field with at least one year of experience working with children/adolescents.
• Associates or High School/Equivalent degree in a human services field with at least two years of experience working with children/adolescents.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to youth ages 3–21 to reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Follow program guidelines for the South Forty Program and align with MassHealth credentialing criteria.
