Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor (Counselor II) to provide one-on-one, community-based support for youth in the CBHI program, focusing on social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities.

You will work with a master’s level clinician, document progress, participate in trainings, and engage families to support consistent outcomes. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to youth in home and community settings.
• Help youth develop communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a master’s level clinician to align mentoring with treatment goals.
• Complete progress notes and documentation; participate in trainings and supervision.
