Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor (Counselor II) to provide one-on-one, community-based support for youth in the CBHI program, focusing on social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities.

Job description

Pay: $26.00/hour ($27.00/hour for bilingual in a language spoken with clients)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor (Counselor II) to provide one-on-one, community-based support to youth enrolled in the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) program.

In this role, you'll work directly with young people to strengthen social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities, helping them succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.

• Work closely with a master’s level clinician to align mentoring with treatment goals.
• Participate in weekly consultations and provide progress updates.
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to support consistency and success.

Documentation & Professional Development

• Complete timely and accurate progress notes and service documentation.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
• Maintain compliance with CBHI and agency standards.
