Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor (Counselor II) to provide one-on-one, community-based support to youth enrolled in CBHI. Salary is $26.00–$27.00/hour for bilingual candidates, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m. The role focuses on developing social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living abilities to help youth succeed at home, school, and in their communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field and experience with children/adolescents/transition-age youth (12+ months) or 2+ years with target population.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one youth mentoring in home and community settings.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate life-skill lessons and real-world activities.
• Collaborate with a master’s level clinician to align mentoring with treatment goals and family engagement.
• Complete timely progress notes, trainings, and team meetings in CBHI compliance.
