Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sports/youth programming.
• Teaching or coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to follow a structured curriculum and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Motivate students to engage in tennis activities and promote daily physical fitness.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with tennis curriculum.
• Maintain communication with Program Director regarding schedules and events.
• Instruct tennis techniques, including stroke mechanics and court positioning.
• Ensure safety rules and proper equipment use.
• Set lesson objectives and communicate goals to students.
• Prepare facilities for practices and matches.
• Evaluate activities to meet learning outcomes and adapt for skill levels.
• Foster athletic skills and positive character traits such as discipline and teamwork.
