Job summary

Aptiv is a nonprofit that serves youth with disabilities. The Youth & Teen Services Supervisor will create and support meaningful programming for youth and teens, coordinating with families, staff, and community partners to ensure safe, high-quality services.

This role blends program development, staff supervision, and direct participant contact across community and onsite locations, with travel throughout the area and an afternoon/evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
