Job summary

Hillcrest Youth Services in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time PRN Youth Worker for weekend coverage. The role focuses on supervising residents in a residential program, modeling positive behavior, and maintaining safety and records.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and writing abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Background checks and a 2-week training will be required on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related Human Services field is highly preferred.
• Work schedule: First Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with weekend, PRN hours as described.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in the youth program.
• Provide fair and constructive discipline.
• Maintain security and safety of the facility and residents.
• Keep complete and accurate resident records.
