Job summary

Crossroads Programs, Inc. seeks a Youth Support Worker to provide direct care and supervision for adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You will support daily living activities, transport clients, and aid in implementing individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, active participation in safety training, and collaboration with a care team to promote growth, independence, and resilience in youth aged 14–21.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology with one year of direct care experience in a behavioral health setting; or a high school diploma with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Clearances including Physical, Drug, Criminal, FBI and Child Abuse checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for up to five residents in a therapeutic residential setting.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment and assist with daily living activities.
• Transport residents to appointments, activities, and community events.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Document progress notes, incident reports, and communicate with the treatment team.
• Participate in trainings and support positive behavior management.
