Job summary

Crossroads Programs, Inc. seeks a Youth Support Worker to provide direct care and supervision to adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You will help residents develop life skills, independence, and confidence while ensuring a safe, structured environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clearance screenings, and SCM certification within one week of hire. Training and opportunities for growth are offered in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology with one year of direct care experience working with youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
• High school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to residents.
• Maintain a safe, supervised, and structured residential environment.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and transportation to appointments and events.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain resident records and complete progress notes and incident reports.
