Children's Home in New York seeks part-time Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and PSR providers to support youth under 21. You will build therapeutic relationships, follow individualized treatment plans, and help youths function healthily at home, school, and in the community.

The role offers after-school and weekend hours with pay of $18.50–$24.50 per hour. Requirements include a HS diploma (PSR) or a BA in Human Services, plus 2 years in the field and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma/GED - PSR position - required
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field - for CPST position
• Experience: 2 years experience in Human Service field required
• Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required

Aufgaben

• Provide CPST.
• Build strong and supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth and their families that meet their needs and follow their treatment plan
• Promote the caregiver-child relationship in accordance with the established treatment plan.
• Timely identify and effectively communicate all behavioral, emotional or medical needs with consented providers involved in the youth's care.
• Confer regularly with the program supervisor, licensed professional, and program director as needed on each child's progress.
• Complete required administrative functions, including scheduling visits with child/youth, planning activities with youth, and completing all documentation requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide safe transportation as part of service delivery.
• Collaborate with child/youth, family members, and other involved service providers to provide comprehensive care.
