Children's Home in New York is seeking qualified CPST/PSR staff to provide community-based behavioral health support for youth under 21. The role emphasizes DBT-informed strategies to foster skills for home, school, and community functioning.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required for PSR position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required for CPST position.
• Two years of experience in the Human Service field.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPST and PSR services per treatment plan.
• Build therapeutic relationships with youth and families.
• Promote caregiver-child relationships per treatment plan.
• Communicate needs with consented providers.
• Meet with supervisor and program director to review progress.
• Complete scheduling, activity planning, and documentation timely.
• Provide safe transportation as part of service delivery.
• Collaborate with youth, family, and other service providers.
