Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain clean driving record and vehicle insurance.
• Clear results from criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily face-to-face contacts with assigned youth.
• Manage behaviors and maintain relationships emphasizing youth accountability.
• Complete required documentation for assigned youth promptly.

Skills

Good verbal and writing skills

Ability to assist with goal-oriented casework

Ability to manage conflict in crisis situations
