Qualifikationen

• Two years full-time direct care experience in the care and programming of youth aged 6-21.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license in New York State.

Aufgaben

• Supervise court-placed youth, ages 12-20, in OCFS facilities.
• Maintain safety, movement controls and conflict resolution within the facility.
• Participate as a member of the youth’s support team.
• Engage with youth under stress and employ harm-reduction strategies.
• Support youth education, work readiness, and community transition goals.
• Supervise recreation and education activities and assist as-needed.
