Children's Home of Wyoming Conference seeks dedicated staff to provide CPST under PSR and CPST programs, using DBT-informed strategies to help youth achieve healthy functioning at home, school, and in the community.

The role emphasizes building trusting relationships with youth and families, coordinating with caregivers and other providers, and maintaining timely documentation and transportation as required. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field is required for CPST.
• Two years of experience in the Human Services field strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth and families
• Promote caregiver–child relationship as per treatment plan
• Identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs with providers
• Meet regularly with supervisor and program director on progress
• Complete administrative functions: scheduling visits, planning activities, documentation
• Provide safe transportation as part of service delivery
• Collaborate with youth, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
