Job summary

The Children’s Village seeks a dedicated Social Worker – Alternative to Detention to provide direct clinical services to youth aged 13 to 20 with court involvement. You will conduct short-term counseling to address developmental, behavioral, and social needs and help youth understand charges and the impact of actions.

Services are delivered in the community and other designated locations. Collaborating with families and court stakeholders, you will support compliance with program requirements

Qualifications

• LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or equivalent preferred, or master's degree in social work with minimum two-years of relevant job or internship experience.
• Familiarity with MI, CBT, DBT, Trauma-informed approaches, and other treatment modalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; flexible schedule; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical services to youth aged 13–20 with court involvement in community settings.
• Conducts short-term counseling interventions to address developmental, behavioral, and social needs.
• Collaborates with families, referral sources, court stakeholders, and community partners to support program compliance and successful case resolution.
