Child & Family Services seeks a dedicated Student Support Case Worker for Talbot Middle School in Fall River, MA. This full-time role supports the Senior Success Coach in delivering intensive wrap-around services within middle school settings.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field, with cultural competency and a valid driver’s license. A language differential is noted for eligible languages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Cultural Competency Qualifications covering diversity, equity, and inclusive practices.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with team, clients, families to implement person-centered, family-centered care.
• Develop and coordinate recreational activities and deliver tutoring/academic supports as needed.
• Maintain documentation of meetings, releases, and referrals; track outcome measures.
• Coordinate with schools to meet educational requirements and advocate for youth.
