Job summary

Encompass Care LLC is seeking a kind and reliable Youth Support Caregiver for its Appleton, Wisconsin location. This part-time position focuses on providing individualized support for children and youth, fostering their independence and developing daily life skills. Responsibilities include one-on-one support, encouraging growth, and maintaining open communication with families. The role offers flexibility, and candidates are encouraged to have experience with youth, strong communication skills, and ideally CPR/First Aid certification. The workplace is in person.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youth preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
