Catch22 is seeking a dedicated Key Worker to support and develop a group of young people within its education programmes. You will build trusting relationships, deliver individual and group sessions, and help pupils progress academically, emotionally and socially.

Working across settings from school to community, you will create pupil support plans, track progress, liaise with external agencies, and ensure safeguarding is recorded promptly.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 in working with young people or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Level 5 within area of expertise.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support a caseload of pupils and families.
• Create and review pupil support plans and progress.
• Make daily attendance calls and attend meetings.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of delivery.
• Record safeguarding concerns promptly and accurately.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and referrals to other agencies.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare of pupils at all times.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
