Job summary

Covenant House New Orleans is seeking a Youth Success Manager, Special Populations to support homeless youth through individualized Success Planning, advocacy, and trauma-informed coaching. You will work with residents across CHNO programs to remove barriers and promote independence.

Collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams, partners, and CHNO staff to coordinate housing, education, employment, and benefits. This role emphasizes youth voice, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in youth homelessness services or case management preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and youth development.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of residents in CHNO programs through engagement, advocacy, and support.
• Build authentic relationships that promote resilience, accountability, and goal attainment.
• Develop and monitor individualized Success Plans reflecting youth priorities and growth.
• Provide coaching, advocacy, crisis intervention, and resource coordination to support stability.
• Collaborate with CHNO staff and community partners to connect youth with housing, health care, education, employment, and benefits.
