Job summary

You will assist with registrations using CivicRec, process payments, and help coordinate programs with coaches and volunteers. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recreational program planning and facility operations.
• Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to learn computer programs and online registration software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Athletic Coordinators with adult and youth programs and events.
• Provide friendly customer service and open/close facility operations.
• Utilize CivicRec to register customers and process transactions.
• Ensure safety policies and daily operations compliance.
• Perform clerical duties and report generation.
