Job summary

EL1 Sports is seeking a Program Manager to plan, organize, and implement high‑quality youth baseball and softball training programs across assigned facilities. You will develop curriculum and train instructors to execute programs in line with EL1’s mission.

Lead facility operations, staffing, scheduling, and budget control while collaborating with FAST team to grow programs regionally and ensure exceptional participant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in program management or managing instructors/trainers.
• Verifiable playing and/or coaching experience at collegiate and/or professional level.
• Experience instructing youth and high school players preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, sales, marketing, and staff oversight.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain an expert group of instructors.
• Develop program curriculum and train facility instructors on execution.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and scheduling to maintain optimal instructor/player ratios.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to grow programs.
