Job summary

EL1 Sports is a youth baseball and softball training partner focused on accessible, sustainable programs for everyday operators of facilities and teams.

The Lead Softball Instructor will implement EL1’s standard training programs at facilities and mobile locations, manage training sessions, and ensure a positive customer experience while upholding EL1’s mission and values. The role includes coordinating with management to develop curricula and support staff instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the sport.
• Verifiable playing or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level.
• Experience instructing youth and high school players is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to support all areas of instruction.

Responsibilities

• Implement all aspects of EL1's Instruction & Training Programs at assigned facilities and mobile locations.
• Perform on turf/field softball training and related performance training.
• Manage player check-in, attendance, rotations, time slot turnover, and equipment setup/breakdown.
• Assist the Program Manager with curriculum development and staff training.
• Be a role model for staff and enforce facility rules and standards.
• Engage with community and parents to uphold EL1’s values and brand.
